Peanut Butter Caramel Truffle Online Course - My second course with Shona and a third already booked! Fantastic to learn new skills and Shona is a great teacher and is always patient and relaxed. Living in the south-east of England, it would be too far for me to travel to Scotland for a 3-hour course - so fab to be able to do it online! What I like is that Shona doesn't have unlimited registrations, she keeps the online groups small so she can see what everyone is doing and point us in the right direction. Learnt some new skills, and the family loved eating the desserts - so a double win! Thank you Shona.

My second online workshop with Shona. I've made chocolates at home before but am self taught. Shona has a wealth of knowledge and delivers the lessons at a great place to allow for understanding the processes without feeling rushed. I feel like I've learned so much and have a bit more confidence to try other recipes at home. The end product was delicious and all of my friends who had them raved about the flavour. Highly recommend these workshops to anyone who might enjoy making their own chocolates at home.

Always impressed at how organised Shona is with her courses and with the added pressures at the moment to ensure social distancing, the course ran very smoothly. There was a huge amount of different techniques to learn and everyone worked together to create a fantastic range of afternoon tea treats. It was a full day course and Shona had made it a busy one! Delighted with the end results and have some excellent recipes that I will enjoy making again.
Shona is always very quick to answer any questions and is really good at sending links to equipment used on the course if you ask.

Taystful Gourmet Afternoon Tea Course
It's great value for money. You take everything you make home with you and it recipes can be adapted to make lots of different flavours.
I have attended a few courses and always been great.
