I had a fantastic couple of hours at the Fergusson Gallery today (Saturday) demonstrating cupcake decorating! I covered a range of techniques and used various mediums to decorate the cakes and participants had a chance to try their hand at it. Read more >

A fantastic afternoon was had with the lovely Guildtown Friendship Club yesterday! There was an excellent turn out of more than 30 people. They heard all about the origins and processing of chocolate and had the chance to dip their own truffle!
